Data Deletion

Last updated: October 15, 2026

You can ask Zuriscale to delete your data at any time. This page explains how to make a request, what we delete, and what we may have to keep. For how we collect and use data in the first place, see our Privacy Policy.

If you are a business using Zuriscale

  1. Email support@zuriscale.com from the email address registered on your Zuriscale account, with the subject Data deletion request.
  2. Include your business name and say whether you want your whole account deleted or only specific data (for example, customer records or message history).
  3. We will confirm your identity by replying to that email, then delete the data you asked for within 30 days and confirm when it is done.

If you are a customer of a business that uses Zuriscale

A business that uses Zuriscale may hold your name, phone number, purchase history and WhatsApp messages with them. To have this deleted, you can ask that business directly, or email support@zuriscale.com with the phone number you used and the name of the business. We will pass your request to the business and delete the data from Zuriscale where we are able to.

Disconnecting WhatsApp

If you connected a WhatsApp number to Zuriscale, deleting your account removes the connection and the identifiers we stored for it (WhatsApp Business Account ID, phone number ID and the number). You can also remove Zuriscale's access yourself at any time from the connected apps or integrations section of your Meta Business settings.

What we delete

What we may keep, and for how long

We may keep limited records that we are required by law to retain, such as billing and payment records, and records needed to resolve disputes or prevent fraud. Copies in backups are removed as backups are rotated, which can take up to an additional 30 days. Messages that already sit on WhatsApp or with a service provider are governed by their own policies.
