Is customer retention included in the plan?

Yes. Customer retention is at the heart of Zuriscale. All segmentation, campaign control, automation and CRM features are included.

Is WhatsApp included in my monthly subscription?

WhatsApp customer engagement tools are available on the platform. The actual WhatsApp messages are charged separately at KES 5 per message.

Do I pay for WhatsApp messages I don't send?

No. WhatsApp messaging is usage-based. Your messaging cost depends on the messages you actually send.

How much does an SMS digital receipt cost?

SMS digital receipts cost KES 1 per SMS. SMS charges are separate from your platform subscription.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. You pay the flat KES 499 monthly fee, and then you pay for the exact volume of messages you choose to send. Adding more than 3 staff members costs an additional KES 100/month per person.
